You can renew the website for MVR 2,000 per year, which includes hosting, domain renewal, and continued support.

❓ What if I want to discontinue after a year?

You must inform us 1 month before renewal. We will transfer your domain and emails to you, but the website itself will not be included. A MVR 500 transfer fee applies.

❓ What if I need extra updates or changes?

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope & Deliverables

Knoyds provides website development services for MVR 2,000 per year, including:

Website development for up to 5 pages.

Domain registration (up to $12 per year included).

Up to 5 business email addresses.

One monthly update (1-hour limit) for e-commerce, blog, or general content updates.

2. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Work must be started and completed within 3 weeks from order confirmation.

Clients must provide all necessary content and approvals within this timeframe.

If the client fails to submit required materials, the project will be considered completed, and further changes may require additional charges.

3. Payment Terms & Renewal

Payment Options:

One-time full payment of MVR 2,000.

Two installments of MVR 1,000 (paid within 30 days).

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

The MVR 2,000 renewal fee will apply annually to maintain the website and associated services.

4. Renewal & Discontinuation

Clients must inform Knoyds at least 1 month in advance if they do not wish to renew.

Upon discontinuation, Knoyds will transfer the domain and emails, but not the website itself.

A MVR 500 discontinuation fee applies for domain and email transfer.

5. Maintenance & Updates

One free update per month (up to 1 hour) is included.

Additional updates beyond the included time will be charged separately.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

If the client cancels before work begins, a 50% refund will be provided.

Failure to submit necessary content within the 3-week project window does not qualify for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Knoyds is not responsible for third-party downtime, domain registration issues beyond our control, or client-caused website failures.

Clients are responsible for their website’s content and must ensure they have rights to any materials provided.
