3. Revisions & Edits
Clients are entitled to one round of revisions for standard requests. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of document delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear instructions, accurate content, and required formatting details before processing begins.
Knoyds is not responsible for errors in client-provided information.
5. Confidentiality & Data Security
All documents are handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
Knoyds is not liable for data breaches outside its control, such as those caused by insecure client communication methods.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment must be made before processing begins unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds are issued once work has commenced. If service expectations are not met, revisions will be provided.
